Tom has appeared in productions at the National Theatre (London Road, The Silver Tassie, The Travelling Light), English National Opera (Sunset Boulevard), Rambert Dance Company (Ghost Dances, Wild Horses 2016/17/18 UK Tour, Hydrargyrum), Glyndebourne (Don Pasquale 2017), Welsh National Opera (Moses und Aaron, Kiss Me Kate) and deps on the West End production of Lloyd Webber's 'School of Rock'. Tom recently appeared on guitar and banjo at the Barbican theatre throughout July 2018 with the Aurora Orchestra and Barry Humphries' Weimar Cabaret performing the music of Kurt Weill and his contemporaries. Upcoming performances include 'Winter Dreams' at the Royal Opera House in December 2018/January 2019.
Tom performed Donovan's 'Sunshine Superman' album live at the Royal Albert Hall alongside Jimmy Page and Danny Thompson (pictured right) with the London Contemporary Orchestra. Also at the Albert Hall, Tom teaches electric guitar workshops for the Teenage Cancer Trust alongside their annual series of concerts and works regularly performing and teaching with the RAH's outreach team 'Albert's Band'.
Recording credits include sessions for British Airways, Sky Arts, Alt-J, Tricky (Massive Attack), Latin Quarter and the National Theatre on Mandolin, Banjo, Electric, Acoustic and Classical Guitars.
Tom plays Fender (Custom shop Stratocaster & Telecaster) and PRS (McCarty Hollowbody) electric guitars, a Collings (OM-2H) acoustic, Deering (Erin Dooling Special) banjo and Paul Hathaway (spruce top) mandolin.
